Returns and Delivery

If you are not happy with your purchase within 10 days, it is our policy that you may return them to us for inspection at your own cost via registered mail.

If the goods are found to be faulty due to a manufacturing error, they will be replaced with a like for like new merchandise and this will not incur any return shipping charge.

Should the merchandise be found to be in good working order no refund or new merchandise will be granted.

Delivery

All orders received Monday through Thursday before 1pm will be sent as a Next Day Delivery (UK Only)

Any orders received outside of those days/times will be sent out on Monday for a Tuesday delivery

 

Servicing

It is advisable to send your scissors for a complete service once every year.  This will insure the optimum performance is maintained.  Depending upon how much hair you cut, how much dry hair you cut, and how tight you keep the blades, your service time may be required more frequently.

We offer a Direct Service Facility.  Simply put your scissors into a pouch with your name and address including postcode and telephone number and the service fee of £23.50 inc VAT. Cheques made payable to ELGON UK LTD. Put the pouch into a jiffy envelope and send to us by recorded delivery.  Your scissors will be returned to you by recorded mail within 14 days from receipt.

Lifetime Guarantee

Each buttercut scissor carries a Lifetime Guarantee.  It is imperative however that your scissors are maintained regularly and serviced annually by a reputable service agent.
